he Frank Cuesta Tennis Academy (FCTA) system of instruction has produced many of the top junior players in Thailand in the past 8 years. Our track record is impressive, but the success has not been by accident. It takes years of hard work, planning, monitoring, evaluating and setting goals to help each player reach his or her full potential. It also demands a commitment to the system on the part of the athlete and the coach.
As a staff we feel that it is our Mission is to be regarded as the most successful and innovative academy. We want to continue to be the measuring stick by which all other tennis academies worldwide are compared.
We have created a Visionary institution, determined to develop each and every student to his or her full potential on and off the court. Yes, we build champions, but we are more interested in helping our students grow not only as athletes but also as individuals. We are coaches, trainers, educators and counselors', committed to the individual development of each student. We don’t just produce players, we build people.
The actual program is very reduced in number of players since we are not interested in numbers but in quality.
